IT'S A GIANT FUCKIN' MONSTER RAVEN IN HIS SOUL. The best description of its powers are, "Gil activates Raven, The Scene Changes, and when we return The Problem Is Solved and Gil Is Unconscious." That includes inter-dimensional teleportation, killing dudes and sealing people's powers I GUESS.
Gil will be very exhausted and in pain for a while, like he is constantly running a gauntlet of STABBING, while he acclimates to having Raven active again.
He now has this pendant around his neck. It will ALWAYS be on him, under his clothes.

This is something Vincent does all the time when Gilbert is away on a mission, delivered by Echo. The message reads something like, "Echo has some information on the illegal contractor you are targeting. Are you safe? I miss you so when you're gone, nii-san, but I know you will succeed. I'll be waiting until we meet again. --Vincent" Gilbert, getting as used to this as one gets, takes note of the flowers (red roses, hollyhock, begonia) and thanks Echo.
Learns:
- Some flower language; implication of warning he takes note of, he is reminded that this is for the sake of something he must achieve, he also... ... red roses...
- He is carrying his gun, he has a "target"... no idea on what an "illegal contractor" is
