The best description of its powers are, "Gil activates Raven, The Scene Changes, and when we return The Problem Is Solved and Gil Is Unconscious." That includes inter-dimensional teleportation, killing dudes and sealing people's powers I GUESS.

Gil will be very exhausted and in pain for a while, like he is constantly running a gauntlet of STABBING, while he acclimates to having Raven active again.

He now has this pendant around his neck. It will ALWAYS be on him, under his clothes.
